ELearning is a great way to pick up on new ideas at your own pace; it saves time and costs of travelling and you can learn wherever you are.

If you're responsible for developing teams of people, ELearning is a great way to get upskill them for a minimal investment.

• It's accessible wherever you have an internet connection, via your phone, tablet or pc.
• It's a way to learn at your own pace, stopping and starting to suit you.  
• You can go back over a topic whenever you want.
• Expect to watch, listen and read materials as you go along.  
• You will be asked questions to check your learning and progress with multiple choice quizzes.
• The system logs your progress, so you pick up where you left off.
• When you've finished we send you a link to your Certificate of Completion to print out or save as a pdf.

Every hour counts as 'Continuing Coach Education', either as Core Competencies or Resource Development.  As an Accredited Coach Training Programme every hour of learning is recognised by the ICF.

Virtual programme participants participate in the programme via web conference from the comfort of their home or office.

Delivered by the Forton Global Faculty team, these are hands-on, interactive workshops with powerful coaching and leadership content.

Everyone is further supported by our dedicated online Learning Centre.

Upon completion of the first 3 modules (Ignite; Developing; Advanced) of the Professional Leadership Coach Training Programme you will achieve the Forton Group's Certified Leadership Coach designation.

The Ignite: Leadership Coaching is a standalone session for people interested in developing leadership coaching skills.

It is also the first module of the Professional Leadership Coach Training Programme.

Participants can continue their coach training by joining future modules in person or by enrolling in the Certified Leadership Coach virtual programme.

Coach specific training hours earned in the Ignite module contribute towards graduation as Certified Leadership Coach (ACC level) and Professional Leadership Coach (PCC Level).
